GROWING & MAKING: Handpicked Shiraz grapes from the Green Valley vineyard in Forest Grove. Rhys and Kate Fleay do a great job in farming this special patch of vines that produces some of the best Shiraz in Margaret River. Whole bunch pressing and a cool ferment in stainless steel help maintain the delicate aromatics and bright fruit profile. Red berries, crisp acidity and a long, dry finish combine to create a savoury, modern rose. Seriously made, seriously delicious. Unfined and minimum mucking about.
