How We Ship
Tom's Cellars online store has two shipping methods. The methods will show up relative to the delivery address that you add in when checking out.
1. Local Delivery
Delivering to areas local to our two stores. These deliveries are free of charge. Our aim is to deliver within 2 business days, if needed on a particular day or time please contact us or put it in the notes of your order. To see a listing of postcodes that we provide free local delivery to, please see the listing below.
2. Australia-wide delivery
For all orders to other areas around Australia, we have a 4 rates available
$15 flat rate
$10 flat rate $100+ spend
$5 flat rate $150+ spend
free shipping $200+ spend
Costs for shipping are displayed after entering the shipping address in checkout.
Local Delivery areas and additional information
Tom's Cellars will ship and deliver orders, within the designated delivery area, within two business days of purchase.
