Tom’s Cellars is a family-run independent bottle shop in West Pymble, backed by over 30 years of experience in the liquor industry.

Over the years, we’ve evolved with the way Australians drink. Our wine range has grown to include exciting varietals, smaller producers and independent wineries from Australia and around the world. Most importantly, we taste before we range, so we can genuinely stand behind what’s on our shelves.

That evolution has now taken us underground with our brand-new Beer Bunker — a purpose-built space dedicated to independent beer, with a huge and constantly changing range from some of the best breweries in Australia and around the world.

We work closely with independent breweries that share our genuine and honest approach to the industry. For us, it’s about more than just selling beer — it’s about building relationships, supporting each other and growing together. We’re all in it together. Through all the changes, our philosophy remains the same: great products, genuine knowledge and personal service.
