WILIMEE SHIRAZ

A fresher, more refined take on Heathcote Shiraz, avoiding the overly rich and jammy style the region can sometimes produce. Medium to full bodied, with juicy blackberry and dark fruit layered with white pepper, mixed spice and a touch of five spice. Subtle French oak adds gentle structure, while bright freshness and fine tannins keep the wine balanced, elegant and long on the finish.
