This Sangiovese Rose from Heathcote has a light orange/copper colour, is more textural in style with 10% in barrels, natural ferment, and on gross lees until bottling. This Rose has slight residual sugar, making it 'off dry', and giving the wine more forward fruit, making it a perfect wine on a hot summers day.
