A beautifully fresh and dry Central Otago Rosé with plenty of personality. Bright redcurrant and crushed raspberry lead into guava and a touch of ripe mango, while a lovely mineral edge and gentle texture give it more depth than your average Rosé. Fresh, vibrant and seriously food friendly, with a clean, refreshing finish that keeps you coming back for another glass.
Perfect with chargrilled Triceratops steaks, or for something a little more refined, Brachiosaurus tartare - preferably from the long-neck end. If prehistoric produce is proving difficult to source, salmon, tuna, lamb or soft cheese will do nicely.
