THIS WAY WEST COAST IPA

This Way is Cypher's West Coast counterpart to That Way, delivering intense hop flavour, a lean malt profile and a clean, assertive bitterness.

Bright lemon and lime, sweet orange and sticky grapefruit lead the charge, followed by pineapple gummies, kiwi fruit and peaches-and-cream confectionery. Resinous, dank undertones provide classic West Coast character, while the finish delivers a long, satisfying bitterness.

Brewed using Voyager Craft Malts, a pilsner malt base with additions of wheat and Vienna malt keeps the body crisp and supportive. Simcoe, Citra and Nectaron Cryo feature early in the brewing process, followed by Citra Dynaboost, Citra Cryo and a post-fermentation addition of Citra, Nectaron and Krush. Nectaron hop kief completes the extensive hopping program.
