Another cracking wine from Ernie Schuetz, this Terra X Pinot Noir is0 made with fruit from NSW premium Hilltop region. Ernie is an awesome bloke, passionate winemaker and owner who puts a huge amount of care into what goes into every bottle. This is a beautifully subtle and refreshing Pinot Noir, with cherry blossom, Turkish delight and fresh nectarine. What really makes it for us is that piercing, mouth-watering acidity — fresh, vibrant and incredibly food friendly. It cuts beautifully through richer dishes, making it an absolute winner alongside, seafood and creamy sauces. A seriously good Pinot Noir from a passionate local producer and one we're always happy to recommend.
