TART THEORY FRUITED SOUR

Part of the Pacific Pastry Project, Tart Theory is a collaboration between Rocky Ridge and Thailand's Samata Brewing, inspired by traditional Thai pandan desserts.

Pouring a striking, thick green, this decadent pastry sour features pandan added throughout the brewing process, alongside milk sugar, custard powder, toasted coconut and vanilla. The result is a velvety, dessert-like beer packed with creamy coconut custard flavours, fragrant pandan and a luscious sweetness.

A bright, tangy sour base cuts through the richness, keeping this unusually thick and indulgent creation surprisingly refreshing and drinkable.
