I tried this one at a trade show and just had to have it in the shop. For the money, this Pinot seriously punches above its weight.
Fresh and aromatic with cherry, rose petals and dried herbs, followed by savoury spice, a touch of aniseed and that subtle charcuterie character that gives it some real complexity. It’s light and elegant but still has plenty of structure, flavour and length.
A cracking Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir that drinks like something considerably more expensive. 93 points from Ken Gargett at Winepilot, and after tasting it myself, I can see why.
