This is a really enjoyable take on the classic GSM blend, with plenty of ripe fruit but enough savoury character to keep it interesting.
There’s a lovely mix of wild berries, red fruits and sweet spice on the nose, which carries straight through onto the palate. The texture is soft and velvety, with smooth tannins giving the wine a generous, easy-drinking feel, while a subtle savoury edge on the finish keeps everything nicely balanced.
What I like most is how approachable it is without feeling simple. Juicy, spicy and beautifully rounded — a very polished GSM that offers plenty of flavour and drinks extremely well.
