SLAMBO SLAMMER RIWAKA HAZY IPA
Slamoo Slammer is a single-hop hazy IPA celebrating New Zealand's distinctive Riwaka hop, with additions throughout the boil, whirlpool, dip hopping and multiple dry-hop stages, finished with Riwaka SubZero Hop Kief.
Pouring a thick golden haze with a fluffy white head, this beer delivers explosive aromas of passionfruit, bright citrus and the distinctive diesel-like character associated with Riwaka.
Juicy tropical fruit and zesty citrus dominate the palate, while a dank, resinous edge and firm balancing bitterness provide depth and structure. The finish carries a lingering resinous hop character that makes this a powerful showcase of one of New Zealand's most sought-after varieties.
