PLANTAGENET AQUITAINE CAB SAUV

100% Cabernet Sauvignon Deep burgundy in colour with sweet blackcurrant, dark chocolate with alluring charry nut complex aromas. The palate has a beautiful medium-bodied fruit core, with layered tannins, oak artifact, and balance between each component feature. Pair with slow-roasted lamb shoulder on the bone. 94 Points - "Splendidly composed and styled, the wine shows blackcurrant, sweet cherry, rich floral, olive and cedar characters on the nose, followed by a wonderfully weighted palate offering fine flow and beautifully infused tannins. Structured and harmonious, finishing robust and engaging. At its best: now to 2036." - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
