A cracking Chenin Blanc from South Africa's Western Cape, and a brilliant introduction to just how good this variety can be.

Painted Wolf has delivered a beautifully vibrant and refreshing wine, packed with fresh citrus, tropical fruits and a lovely mineral edge. What I really like is the balance between the bright, zesty acidity and the soft, creamy texture, with just a subtle touch of vanilla from the oak adding another layer of complexity. There's a small splash of Grenache Blanc and Viognier in the blend, bringing a little extra richness and character without losing that wonderful freshness.

Incredibly approachable, seriously good value and a fantastic alternative to your usual Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay. Perfect with seafood, grilled chicken or simply a glass in the afternoon sun.
