Ernest Schuetz Family Reserve Chardonnay – Mudgee, NSW

A proper big, bold and buttery Chardonnay from the legendary Ernie Schuetz, who's not only a top bloke but incredibly passionate about his wines. Rich and generous with ripe peach, nectarine, roasted pineapple and beautifully integrated oak. Layers of vanilla, toasted spice and creamy buttery goodness make this a fantastic example of old-school Chardonnay done right.

California Roots Chardonnay – California, USA

Bringing a little Californian sunshine to the collection! A generous, fruit-forward Chardonnay with ripe orchard fruit, a rounded mouthfeel and that classic Californian richness. Smooth, approachable and easy to enjoy, it's a great introduction to the fuller style of Chardonnay.

Dog Ridge Butterfingers Chardonnay – McLaren Vale, SA

Now we're talking serious old-school Chardonnay! Rich, full-bodied and unapologetically buttery, with plenty of ripe fruit, noticeable oak and a gorgeous creamy texture from extended bâtonnage. This is a real throwback to the big Chardonnays of the '80s and '90s, with enough freshness to keep everything beautifully balanced.
