Hop Nation
NEXT SEASON HAZY IPA
Next Season is a beautifully balanced hazy IPA from Hop Nation, combining a smooth, silky mouthfeel with vibrant new-world hop character.
Built on a rounded malt foundation, this juicy IPA features Citra and Motueka as its backbone, followed by a generous dry hop of Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine and Nectaron.
A slightly cooler fermentation helps keep the yeast character restrained, allowing the hops to shine with bright citrus, juicy grapefruit and ripe stone fruit aromas.
The palate is soft and rounded, with layers of tropical fruit and citrus complemented by smooth, lingering bitterness. A flavour-packed hazy IPA with plenty of character and excellent drinkability.
Hops: Citra, Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine, Nectaron.
