MONT LE BLANC ALE

Inspired by the Mont Blanc coffee creation popular in Melbourne cafés, Mont Le Blanc combines the flavours of coffee, orange, vanilla and warming spices in a beautifully balanced brown ale.

Built on a foundation of Maris Otter and Golden Naked Oats, the beer features Ethiopian natural-process coffee from Core Roasters, lactose, vanilla beans, orange peel and freshly ground nutmeg.

Pouring a clear coffee-brown colour with a creamy head, the aroma showcases fruity coffee and delicate earthy spice. Coffee leads the palate, supported by smooth malt and creamy sweetness, before a subtle burst of orange and warming nutmeg rounds out the finish.

Rich, smooth and indulgent, but carefully balanced to remain approachable.
