MONSTERA HAZY PALE ALE

Monstera brings the big hop character of Cypher's hazy IPAs into a more approachable 5.5% pale ale, without sacrificing flavour.

Brewed with Voyager Craft Malts, a light pilsner malt base provides the foundation, while oats and wheat contribute a smooth texture. Peacharine from New Zealand, Australian Galaxy and American Audacia hops deliver aromas of juicy orange, ripe mango and passionfruit, with a subtle dank character.

The palate brings grapefruit, peach and orange, including a nostalgic orange Sunnyboy-like flavour. A dry, citrus-pith finish keeps everything refreshing, balancing the generous hopping with excellent drinkability.
