Well Oiled Machine is a brand new West Coast-style IPA with a cheeky dankness to it thanks to big additions of Nectaron, Chinook and Nelson Sauvin. This modern Westy is the perfect balance between old-school dank and diesel and new school tropical and citrus. Nelson Sauvin dank dominates on the nose, with sticky icky citrus marmalade coming through too. Take a swig and you'll find a perfectly balanced bitterness that leads into vibrant notes of sticky stonefruit and overripe mango, a firm hit of pine and a finishing dankness that clings onto a lasting bitter kick. The finish is dry and snappy with a finishing stonefruit hit.
