I love this style of Pinot Gris — just off-dry enough to give it generosity, but still fresh, zesty and beautifully balanced. Pear, apple and citrus lead the way, with a little spice adding extra interest. The palate has lovely texture and a gentle grip from the tannins, while the acidity keeps everything bright and lively. That subtle gin-and-tonic character on the finish gives it a really distinctive edge. Fresh, delicate and incredibly moreish — exactly the sort of Pinot Gris I enjoy drinking.
