I love this Pinot Noir. Made by Helen’s Hill Estate in the Yarra Valley, Ingram Road is a brilliant example of the lighter, elegant style that the region does so well. It’s packed with bright strawberry and cherry fruit, with a lovely freshness and just enough silky tannin to give it some shape.
What I really enjoy is how effortless it is to drink. There’s nothing heavy or overworked here — just vibrant red fruit, soft texture and plenty of charm. The cool-climate Yarra Valley conditions are ideally suited to Pinot Noir, helping retain that freshness and delicate fruit character.
A seriously enjoyable Pinot that offers great value and is very easy to recommend. Drink now or over the next couple of years.
