What a wonderful Pinot Grigio this is. Made by Helen’s Hill Estate, with fruit grown at their Coldstream vineyard in the Yarra Valley, it’s a really fresh and polished take on the Italian Grigio style.
There’s loads of crisp apple, pear and citrus up front, with a little extra richness from the warmer 2025 vintage, but it never loses that bright, refreshing character. The Yarra Valley’s cool-climate conditions suit this style beautifully, helping retain freshness, minerality and that clean, dry finish.
What I like most is how easy it is to drink while still having enough texture and flavour to keep things interesting. A cracking Pinot Grigio for seafood, a cheese platter or simply well chilled on a warm afternoon.
