A really distinctive white with plenty of personality. Golden apple and pear sit alongside ginger, jasmine and a subtle nutty, savoury edge, while the palate has a lovely waxy texture and fine grip. There’s bright grapefruit acidity and a saline, almost briny finish that keeps everything fresh and lively. A great example of how well this southern Italian variety can work in McLaren Vale.
