This is certainly one of my favourite sparkling wines and it's from Hentley Farm and it's a vintage too. It’s bright, fresh and incredibly easy to enjoy, with lovely flavours of strawberry, raspberry, cranberry and red apple, along with a subtle touch of almond and freshly baked biscuit.
Blanc de Noirs simply means a white sparkling wine made from red grapes. The juice is separated from the skins early, so the wine stays pale while still picking up plenty of red-fruit character.
Fresh, crisp and beautifully balanced, with a dry finish that keeps you coming back for another glass. Perfect for a warm Aussie afternoon or a long family lunch.
