HAKU VODKA
I’m not normally one to get too excited about vodka, but Haku is a standout. Made in Japan from 100% Japanese white rice, it has a really clean, soft texture with a subtle sweetness and almost creamy finish. Super smooth without being completely neutral — there’s actually a bit of character here. Brilliant neat, over ice, or in a simple highball.
