Golding has delivered a beautifully bright and juicy Pinot, bursting with fresh cherries, raspberries and strawberries, alongside subtle hints of spice, earthiness and a touch of smokiness. What I really like is how soft and approachable it is, with silky tannins, lovely fresh acidity and just enough savoury character to keep things interesting.
Light to medium-bodied, incredibly easy to drink and seriously good value for an Adelaide Hills Pinot. Perfect with roast chicken, mushroom dishes or even slightly chilled on a warmer afternoon.
