GLAETZER-DIXON ÜBERBLANC RIESLING

A cracking dry Riesling with plenty of personality. Delicate stone fruit, bright citrus and subtle florals sit over a crisp, mineral backbone, with a faint aniseed note adding extra interest. The acidity is lively without being sharp, giving the wine a juicy, refreshing finish. Delicious on its own, but even better with food.
