First Ridge Alira Prosecco is a really easy one to enjoy. It’s bright, fresh and crisp, with plenty of lively bubbles and lovely flavours of pear, melon and fresh lemon coming through.
What I like about it is that it’s refreshing without being too sweet, with enough acidity to keep everything clean and balanced. Served properly chilled, it’s the sort of Prosecco that works just as well on its own as an aperitif as it does alongside seafood, antipasto or lighter dishes.
