I love the freshness and purity of this wine. There's a terrific balance between the bright fruit and mouthwatering acidity, with a lovely long, clean finish. Light, refreshing and incredibly easy to enjoy. A fantastic match with fresh seafood, particularly oysters and prawns, and outstanding value for such a well-made Hunter Semillon!
