This is just a fun, easy-drinking wine that doesn’t need to be overthought. Made in the Adelaide Hills from Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer and Sauvignon Blanc, it’s dry, crisp and has a gentle natural spritz.
There’s plenty of fresh citrus and pear, a little herbal character and bright acidity that keeps everything seriously refreshing.
Serve it really cold and in whatever shaped glass you can find, wine glass, tumbler, whatever, it really doesn’t matter.
For me, this is absolutely perfect with fish and chips. Fresh, slightly fizzy, uncomplicated and dangerously easy to drink.
