A beautifully fragrant Geelong Shiraz and a great example of what this cool-climate region can produce. Blue and black fruits lead the way, with black pepper, exotic spice and a subtle savoury edge adding plenty of interest. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, finishing with fine, silky tannins and lovely balance. A really polished Shiraz that delivers plenty of flavour without becoming too heavy.
