A lovely, textural Marsanne from the Minervois with plenty of character. White peach, ripe pear and honeysuckle lead into a smooth, rounded palate, with subtle vanilla, almond and a gentle touch of oak adding extra depth. There’s good richness here without it becoming heavy, thanks to a fresh citrus line that keeps everything balanced. A really interesting alternative to Chardonnay — softer and more floral, but with enough weight and texture to work beautifully with food.
