Pale salmon in colour, with delicate floral aromas leading into fresh peach, grapefruit and subtle citrus. The palate is dry, clean and beautifully balanced, with enough fruit to give it flavour but a crisp citrus finish that keeps everything incredibly refreshing. Coming from a family-owned estate dating back to 1740 and one of Provence’s Cru Classé properties gives it some serious pedigree as well.
