A really polished cool-climate Chardonnay and a great example of regional expression from Tasmania. Citrus and green apple give it plenty of freshness, while the French oak adds subtle creaminess, spice and extra depth without overpowering the fruit. The palate is layered and focused, with lovely intensity and a long, balanced finish. It drinks beautifully now, but there’s enough structure here to gain even more richness and complexity with some time in the cellar. A very smart Chardonnay that shows exactly what Tasmania does so well.
