A beautifully delicate Rosé with plenty of freshness, but enough texture to give it real interest. Raspberry, strawberry and watermelon lead the way, with pink grapefruit, elderflower and red apple adding a lovely lift. What I really like is the balance between crisp acidity and the subtle creaminess from lees stirring and time in oak. There’s also a fine saline edge that gives the wine extra length and keeps the finish refreshing. Elegant enough to drink on its own, but with enough texture and structure to work really well with food.
