A collaboration with Reub Goldberg Brewing Machine for their Dark As - Dark Beer Festival. This one’s a big, malty ale brewed with a twist – we opted for a German lager strain for this beer. Using Moonlight German Lager Yeast (MOG‑203) from Mogwai Labs, a Bavarian heritage strain that promotes maltiness with a mild ester profile, the fermentation stays clean and refined while letting the malt complexity shine.In the glass you’ll find cocoa, dark chocolate, toffee apple, pear, maraschino cherry, and banana. Full-bodied, balanced bitterness, and a slow, crisp snap that smooths out the ABV and keeps you coming back for another sip.Brewed with Voyager Craft Malt and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and Spalt Select, Astral Dive is a malt-driven journey with a clean finish.
