Crafted from grapes grown in Tellurian Vineyard, Tellurian Nero D'Avola flaunts a ruby red colour. Heathcote's climate provided this wine a bouquet filled with red cherry and satsuma plum aromas complemented by savoury spice and anise notes. Crafted as a youthful, medium-bodied style, the wine shows a distinctive rustic tannin structure on the juicy palate dominated by red berry and dark plum flavours. Having a grippy mouthfeel, this red pairs well with oxtail soup, umami burger, black lentils and shitake mushrooms.
