SCOTTISH BARLEYWINE- A nod to Edinburgh's great malt-forward ale tradition. Brewed with a 180 minute boil for deep toffee and dark sugar character, with a whisper of smoked malt for a traditional Scottish edge.Â
BELGIUM QUAD- Brewed in the Trappist tradition with Special B malt and D-45 candi sugar, fermented with an abbey yeast strain on a slow temperature ramp. Dark fruit, warming spice and a dry finish.
EISBOCK- A choc, banana forward Weizen Doppelbock taken further through freeze concentration — intensifying every drop into a silky, rich wheat beer with dark fruit, clove and a luxurious body.Â
