A longtime favourite Hunter Chardonnay here at Jim's.With a light yellow hue and a luscious texture, this Chardonnay is the Yellow Label you know and love. With vanilla oak, peach and citrus notes, this has a long finish, and is perfect summer drinking.
The Yellow Label Chardonnay is selected from the estate property, deep hillside red/brown terra rossa of limestone parentage. The wine is fermented and matured on lees for 12 months in both new and aged French oak.
