We took our Dark Smooth Stout and brewed two identical batches, adding Belgium Candy Syrup to boost the booze, flavour and mouth feel. We aged the first batch in imported Bourbon Barrels for ten months and the second batch in Australian Whiskey Barrels for six months then carefully blended it all together to create this absolutely delicious winter brew.
If you like warm hugs by the fireplace then this one’s for you. Come down to Squinters to try it straight from the tap or take some home and enjoy however you see fit.
