A rich, full-bodied experience this beer was brewed in 2023 & has rested in Ex Sherry & Muscat barrels for 9 months, waiting for the cooler weather & the pecan harvest season. Meticulously hand picking & cracking 45 Kg of pecans from local pecan farm ‘Artisan Estate’, our brewers have taken the crafting of this brew to the next level. The result is a harmonious blend of flavours: caramel, toffee, pecan, & oak intertwine with bitter chocolate, subtle vanilla, & hints of dark fruits & blackcurrant.
