Yo-yo Enthusiast is an Oat Cream IPA. Brewed with a light malt bill, heavy on the oats and an addition of lactose. The colour is a light golden yellow, with a heavy haze. We've dry-hopped the Enthusiast with a combination of Citra, Amarillo and Sabro. We're getting ultra tropical aromas of pineapple and mango with that distinctive coconut that we love from Sabro. The mouthfeel is soft and creamy with a swirling combination of tropical fruit that dances on the palate. A subtle coconut finish with virtually no bitterness.Ā
