Can I Kick It is a brand new West Coast DIPA that we brewed with our mates from Kicks in Sydney as part of our Postcards From Sydney series.We've hit this bad boy with a banquet of hops including Citra Incognito, Amplifire™ Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Simcoe, Galaxy and Chinook. And oh baby, can't you taste it. The colour is a stunning light yellow that pours crystal clear with a beautiful white top dome. The aromas are dominated heavily by fresh Nelson Sauvin, bringing through wafts of white grape and passionfruit. Take just one sip and you'll immediately see why this is one of our all time favourite West Coast-style beers, with saturating and intensely hoppy notes piney resin, passionfruit, gooseberry, orange marmalade and stonefruit.
