This Is Now is a brand new hazy IPA that's one half of a pair of IPA's where we take a second to reflect on how much our brewing styles have changed over the years. This Is Now takes a modern approach, both in ingredient selection and processes to bring you a super juicy IPA with a clean body and vibrant hop saturation. The modern malt bill is super light in colour with predominantly pilsner and pale malt, complimented with oats and wheat for body. On the hop side of things we've hit this thing with a generous whack of Motueka Amplifire in the whirlpool, followed by Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka T90 and then late charges of Krush Cryo and Motueka Hop Kief for good measure. It's punchy, vibrant and zesty, with big time contributions coming from all over. Heaps of fresh lime and passionfruit coming through with pungent stonefruit on the nose. On the back end, a big citrus kick and a fresh hop saturation to keep you coming back for more.
