Brewed with our good mate Masa from UCHU Brewing. We started with a double mash to give a very lush and full mouthfeel (our first time for an IPA). Then absolutely loaded this thing with every hop product we could get our hands on. Carefully layering each hop for maximum flavour and aroma. For this we used Citra, Nelson and Krush T-90, Citra Dynaboost, Citra Hyperboost and Waimea Cold Pressed Hop Juice. The result is the biggest dry hop we have ever done on a beer (QDH).Â
