Mosaic is one of the most celebrated hops in the world, a daughter of Simcoe, released in 2012, and named for exactly what it does. Blueberry and tropical mango up front, followed by pine resin and earthy depth that shifts and layers as the beer warms. Breweries globally compete for it at every harvest. We've built a Triple IPA around it and given it nowhere to hide.
