We created our first non-alcoholic Hazy Pale Ale by using a maltose-negative yeast strain specifically developed for brewing clean low-alcohol and non-alcohol beers along with Kohia Nelson hops to provide a passionfruit punch. Like all of our non-alcoholic beers this hazy pale has been pasteurized.
