Mike went on a 1,300km mission to collect a whopping 60kg of fresh VIC Secret hops and got them back to Sydney just in time to brew this DIPA. The effort definitely paid off as we are incredibly happy with the result, a big mouthful of mango, mandarin and papaya with a hint of pine on the finish.
