Emmalene Pinot Gris is the definition of elegance in a glass. Ripe pear, white peach and citrus zest give it a beautifully fragrant start, while the palate is soft, smooth and nicely balanced by fresh acidity. What I really love is the elegance and length. There’s a lovely texture through the middle of the palate, but it never feels heavy, and the clean, crisp finish just seems to keep going. Refined, graceful and very easy to enjoy.
