Thick haze, heaps of body and more hop character than a sub 5% beer has any right to have. We've gone with a hop that has shown serious promise in our beers over the last year, Manilita. Obviously we had to pair it with Motueka. Papaya and grapefruit dominate the palate and something we love, but can't quite put our finger on.â
